Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Harmonize Tracker mobile application together with any related services operated by VINTAGE GLOVES LTD (the “Application”). In this document, VINTAGE GLOVES LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Overview
The Application is designed to work without registration and without collecting personal information during normal use. The policy below explains what the Application does not collect, how voluntary contact is handled, and how privacy requests can be made.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log or store personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to enable connectivity, but this data is not retained and is not used for profiling or behavioural tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Because the Application does not collect personal information in normal operation, no user data is shared with third parties on that basis.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it from your device is generally sufficient to stop any further interaction with the Application. If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider by email or another manual channel, you may request assistance regarding that information by writing to [email protected].
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal data through ordinary use of the Application because such data is not collected in the first place. If you choose to contact the Service Provider directly and provide information voluntarily—for example by email—such correspondence may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain records of communications, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate business interests.
Where retention is no longer necessary, the Service Provider will delete or anonymise the information within a reasonable time, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Data Deletion
If you have voluntarily supplied personal information to the Service Provider and would like it removed, you may request deletion by contacting [email protected]. The Service Provider will review the request and, where applicable, delete the information it holds, unless retention is required for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
Because the Application itself does not collect personal information in normal operation, there is typically no in-app account data or profile data to erase.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or direct the Application toward them. Since no personal information is collected through normal use, children’s personal data is not exposed through routine operation of the Application. If a child voluntarily provides personal information by another means where permitted by law, parental or guardian consent must be provided where required.
Security
As the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the privacy risk surface is limited. Even so, no security measure is perfect. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information voluntarily provided through other communication channels.
If a data breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, affected individuals will be notified where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Where required by law, appropriate consent will be sought before such changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested via [email protected].
Your Consent and Contact Information
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and the processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
